Can I fit a lift kit to my 4x4 in India?
Plan the lift around your vehicle, your use and the approval it needs. A kit being sold as a two-inch upgrade does not establish permission to use it on public roads.

Choose tyres for the work your 4x4 does. Establish the manufacturer's approved options and check the implications for fitment, road use and cover before changing size.

Can I fit a metal bumper or winch to my 4x4?
Check the complete assembly before buying. A recovery accessory, replacement bumper and projecting bull bar raise different questions; an off-road label does not settle road-use approval.

Can I use a light bar or auxiliary lamps on the road?
Choose lighting by its approved purpose and fitment. Brightness, a cover or a separate switch alone does not establish that a light is approved for road use.

What should I check before fitting a snorkel?
Treat a snorkel as an intake modification with installation and approval checks. It is not a promise that your vehicle can safely cross deeper water.

Can I drive a trail in or near a forest?
A visible track is not permission to drive it. Establish who controls the land, whether vehicle access is allowed, and which route and timing any permission covers.

Check the named beach and today's access conditions. An open entrance, tyre tracks or a social post does not establish permission to drive on the sand.

Can I drive an older diesel 4x4 in Delhi-NCR?
Check emission standard, registration status and the latest orders together. Age alone is not a complete answer, and Delhi-NCR restrictions should not be presented as a nationwide rule.

What should I know before changing an exhaust or horn?
Keep the upgrade compatible with the vehicle's noise, emissions and equipment requirements. A louder sound or a successful pollution test is not proof that the complete setup complies.

Can I fit a roof rack or rooftop tent?
Check mounting, vehicle limits and road-use requirements before adding weight up top. Permission to carry the equipment does not grant permission to camp wherever you park.

Who is responsible if a vehicle recovery goes wrong?
A friendly recovery can still cause injury or damage. Agree on the plan, understand your equipment and check the cover; a casual waiver does not settle responsibility.
